What is the price of the BlackBerry PlayBook?

Guess we have a lead on the BlackBerry Playbook tablet; its price has been leaked. As renowned site has published reports of what the BlackBerry Playbook tablet will likely to be priced. Though the site doesn’t site any source, it claims that the price range of the BlackBerry Playbook tablet is real.

Who wants to know what the BlackBerry PlayBook will cost you? The new BlackBerry PlayBook will apparently be sold for $399/8GB, $499/16GB and $599/32GB. All of the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet models will be Wi-Fi. These models will all need cellular data connectivity that can be received through a tethered BlackBerry smartphone.

The most anticipated tablet from RIM will be launched next year. The BlackBerry PlayBook might just find itself competing heavily against Apple’s iPad 2 that might just launch next year as well. If the BlackBerry PlayBook is lucky, it might get to enjoy the limelight for quite some time before the iPad 2 releases.
