The Everex CloudBook CE1200V is an ultra-portable laptop with VIA C7-M Processor ULV. It measures 9.1 in x 1.1 in x 6.7 in (W x H x D) in dimension and weighs approximately 2 lbs. The Everex CloudBook CE1200V comes in a package that consists of the Everex CloudBook CE1200V, warranty agreement, setup manual, battery, and power cord.

The Everex CloudBook CE1200V is only nine inches wide and weighs only two pounds, making it ultra-mobile. It incorporates the gOS Rocket operating system and a 1.2 GHz VIA processor that allows you to surf the Internet, e-mail friends, work while having fun on the bright widescreen display. Besides that, it also comes with popular applications from Google, Mozilla, Skype, OpenOffice.org and more. In addition to that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V also incorporates wireless LAN, a built-in webcam, memory card reader, high definition audio and stereo speakers.  There is also a seven inch widescreen colour LCD that presents vivid 800 x 480 pixel WVGA resolution. The Everex CloudBook CE1200V also incorporates a 1.2 GHz VIA Technologies C-7M ULV processor that provides for high performance design that uses PowerSaver technology for extended battery life.

Other than that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V also has 512 MB of DDR2 system (RAM) memory that can be expanded to 1 GB and 533 MHz to offer good performance. Not only that, it also incorporates a 30 GB hard drive that provides storage for documents, games, music, photos and video clips. There is also a 802.11 b/g wireless LAN function that allows you to connect to wireless home and office networks or tow Wi-Fi hotspots for convenient Internet access. Besides that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V also incorporates a 4-in-1 media card reader that is compatible with the most popular memory card formats for simple photo and data transfer. In addition to that, the gOS Rocket operating system also adds to the convenience by making computing easy in conjunction with the supplied software applications. In terms technical specifications, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V incorporates a 7 inch TFT LCD display that has a wide aspect ratio. Its processor also has a data bus speed of 400 MHz and is of a VIA VX700 type. In terms of power efficiency, the processor only requires ultra low voltage (ULV). As for its cache memory, it is of an L2 cache type with an installed size of 128 KB. The Everex CloudBook CE1200V also has a storage capacity of up to 30 GB on its hard disk drive with 4200 rpm. In terms of RAM, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V has 512 MB installed with the option to upgrade up to a maximum of 1 GB. It incorporates DDR2 SDRAM technology that offers a speed of 533 MHz with configuration features of 512 MB. As for networking, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V features data link protocol of Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11 g and supports wireless LAN. Besides that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V also has video features such as shared video memory (UMA) and a VIA UniChrome Pro Graphics processor/ Vendor. Audio input is in the form of a microphone. The Everex CloudBook CE1200V runs on a gOS operating system version 2 that is provided and supports OpenOffice.org 2.3 software. Besides that, the gOS operating system also provides easy access to all sorts of web-based goodies, including Google Mail, YouTube, Meebo for instant messaging, and Box.net for online storage.

Other than that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V runs on a 4-cell lithium ion battery that has a capacity of 2200 mAh. In addition to that, Everex also promised that the battery can provide up to 5 hours of battery life. For security purposes, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V comes with a security lock slot that is compatible with most cable locks which are sold separately, system password, and hard drive password. Besides that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V runs on a voltage requirement of AC 120/ 230 V (50/ 60 Hz). It also comes with a one year manufacturer warranty for service and support. The Everex CloudBook CE1200V has a plastic touch pad that is situated right above the keyboard, with the left and right mouse buttons on the left side above the keyboard. There are also 3 USB ports available for use on the Everex CloudBook CE1200V. Additionally, it also has a DVI port that allows the Everex CloudBook CE1200V to be hooked up to a larger monitor for a potential killer value-priced laptop.

Besides that, the Everex CloudBook CE1200V also has a relatively clean desktop with easy-to-read icons for popular web-based applications and shortcuts to applications. The SD card slot has the capability to automatically recognize any memory card from your camera to prompt you to import photos. There is also software for writing and editing Office documents.
