Dell unveils the ‘Streak’

Dell has decided to go ahead with the launch of the Streak in the UK next month. The reason for this launch is that Dell wants the Streak to be released first everywhere else in Europe before launching here in the United States. The Streak happens to be a tablet computer from Dell and is somehow much anticipated but not as much as the iPad.

Earlier on when this device was leaked, many claimed the name of this Dell tablet PC was Mini 5. Dell finally unveiled its plans at the CES show back then in January. The CEO of Dell showed off the Streak tablet PC at Citrix Synergy conference earlier this month.

Dell finally made the Streak official with a statement release this week and we got to know more on the up and coming device hitting the stores soon. The Dell Streak works on an ARM-based processor. It has 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. Not forgetting the 5-inch screen that comes with it. All we can say is we can’t wait to get our hands on this device.
